Note for applicants

We work across extreme scales: projects can run for a couple of weeks to many months and take place either at our offices or on in a customer’s workplace.

Business Development Executive - Singapore

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to market and sell our software development and consultancy services. You will be responsible for developing trustworthy and long-lasting business relationships with new and existing clients.


  • Locate and propose potential business deals and partners.
  • Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of the new venture with companies and operations; examine risk and potentials; estimating partner’s needs and goals.
  • Create, edit, and share marketing content.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and ideas: read professional publications, maintain personal networks, attend events, be a member of organizations.
  • Take ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications: Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in B2B Sales / Business Development with proven track record and high service quality
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar, or equivalent experience
  • Some experience in Software or other IT industry sales
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • Self-disciplined, highly motivated and customer oriented with pleasant personality
  • Able to write well in preparing project specific proposals
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Enjoys start-up style working environments, open to rapid changes


  • Experience working with clients in the CSP, MSP or telecommunication industries
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Ability to speak another regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, etc..)
  • Some technical background or programming experience
